Which product categories can you manufacture?＋
Our production capabilities cover skin care, hair and body care, facial masks, freeze-dried products, BFS single-dose packaging and cosmetic soft capsules. Hair-care development includes shampoo, conditioner, treatment oils and body-wash formats.
Can you develop a custom formula for our brand?＋
Yes. The R&D center supports adjustments to established formulas, benchmark-based development and fully customized formulas. The group profile specifies an 18-hour rapid R&D response for initial development needs.
How do you control product quality?＋
Quality control covers incoming raw materials and packaging, compatibility and sealing tests, semi-finished and finished-product inspection, first-article approval, production-line inspection and retained samples for batch traceability.
What manufacturing and quality systems are in place?＋
Production operates under GMPC and ISO 22716 requirements in a 100,000-class clean environment. The facility also uses MES-controlled emulsification, error-prevention weighing, SAP-connected production management and an ultrapure water system.
